Instrument Channel Definition update: skip informational results

Instrument Channel Definition has been updated to include a field supporting the exclusion of certain results from merging into SurroundLab™ Plus. Use it to define processing-type results that are informational in nature and not needed in the patient record; a result such as "Diluting" is a typical example. Skipping these results streamlines the result review and release process by ignoring values known to be informational only.
